My perspective on agricultural transformation was shaped through generations of wisdom combined with my own journey through challenge and growth. Growing up on our family operation, I experienced firsthand the beauty and challenges of agricultural life.
My childhood was marked by early mornings in the barn, family discussions around the kitchen table about seasonal decisions, and watching my parents navigate the delicate balance of honoring tradition while adapting to changing markets.
Yet my path wasn't straight or simple. I've been anything but "the one who fits in," and my journey has taken me through both deep roots and necessary change.
